Tag: australia Police will examine a computer hard drive after a Mackay Catholic priest in north Queensland was accused of sexually assaulting a student at a New South Wales school almost 20 years ago.
The case against Kevin Phillips was mentioned in the Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney yesterday and adjourned until Septembr.

It is alleged Phillips assaulted the boy while working at St Stanislaus College in Bathurst, in central western NSW, in 1990.
Queensland's central region diocese has stood Phillips aside from all parish duties.
He has pleaded not guilty to the sexual assault charges.
