Bryan Bacon had earlier settled a lawsuit with the Marianist Province of the United States, a St. Louis-based order that ran the Vianney High School.
Bacon claimed that 71-year-old Brother William Mueller of San Antonio blindfolded, threatened and molested him in 1985 while serving as assistant principal and religion teacher at the school.
