Victims Preying On Victims

Tag: ireland What I am writing here is not even a revelation for it has been in the public arena for some time now. It could be argued that among the litany of corruption in Ireland that is being exposed on a daily basis, this particular story does not stand out anymore.
Unless it affects you directly, it should not perhaps interest you. Unless you have never paid a penny taxes in your life or have passed on to the next world, it cannot effect you; the fact that you live, pay taxes, and sufer the corruption of a theocracy that is called Fianna Fail, then it affects you directly and indirectly in your pocket.
This story is about victims of institutional abuse and of the abuse that continues against them even today. It has an added and twisted dimension: Strong victims preying on weaker ones, and all devised by the government of ‘Corruption incorporated’ otherwise known as ‘Cowen Inc and his henchmen’. From their ivory towers they rendered those weaker victims of institutional abuse voiceless and without representation.

Apart from not only an illegal redress board, they
simply paid the ones who shouted the loudest against it to silence the
one’s who could hardly speak. To do this they encouraged victim groups
to mushroom and represent victims without their mandate. In the end
these groups only represented themselves, their cronies, and
predictably pocketed the money meant for victims.
Right Of Place was one of the first out of the starting gate. Its
guilt laden name spawned an alphabet suit of other like minded people
determined to feed at the trough of their masters; the government
through the HSE. They were accountable to one. Not to victims or even
the taxman and democracy had nothing to do with it. Along with the
Aisling Centre, they were the early groups and many quickly followed.
Here are just a sample of those other names:
Aislinn Centre
Alliance Group
Irish Survivors Of Institutional Abuse
Justice For Healing
London Irish Women Support group
Right to Peace
Right of Place
Soca Of Ireland
Soca Of England
South East Survivors
Association of True Survivors Of Institutional Abuse
NOEL BARRY held the lead for a while but was quickly overshadowed and
overtaken by CHRISTINE BUCKLEY and her own suspect credentials of
abuse. Later MICHAEL O'BRIEN returned the spotlight to victims of
institutional abuse. This was after a lifetime of denial of that
alleged abuse . He now claimed it happened after all. He became,
remarkably, the poster boy of abuse in the September of his years. In
the end it is the aftermath of behavior by these people that
undermines not only own story, it undermines and devalues the truth
and integrity of survivors testimony. What it does for the taxpayer
and the general public is undermine their sympathy too in the same
way.
No one can speak for you if you have never spoken; no one can
represent if you have never voted. This Government has already signed
off on a loan of billions of euro without consent to the people of
Ireland and are doing the same to your compensation in exactly the
same way. What are you and only you going to do about it?
You have to represent yourself and there is no such thing as a free
lunch; organize and do not sit on the sidelines; pay your way so
others can help you too but make sure that truth and accountability
is included in the price; cry no more for that will get you exactly
nowhere but above all: Do something.
Any advise I can give, which is the only thing free in this world and
the one thing I can afford without your help, I would be happy to do
so.
